Interest rate -
- If you agree to repay in 180 installments, the loan will be issued at an annual interest rate of 5%.
- If you agree to repay the loan in installments between 181 - 240 installments, the loan amount will be issued at an annual interest rate of 5.5%.
- If the loan is to be repaid in installments of between 241-300, the loan amount should be issued at an annual interest rate of 6%.
Terms -
- Must have completed 03 years of membership.
- When both the member and the spouse are members, a loan can be obtained up to a maximum of ten million rupees by pledging the same immovable property as collateral.
- Age should not be more than 57 years and should be able to collect on completion of 60 years.
